Goa, Oct. 10 -- A serious accident near Shantadurga Temple late Wednesday night left three people, including a child, critically injured after a speeding car collided with a two-wheeler. Eyewitnesses reported that the car, travelling at high speed, hit the two-wheeler coming from the opposite direction, flinging both riders onto the road. The child sustained severe head and leg injuries. All three victims were immediately rushed to the hospital.

Sources revealed that six people were inside the car, with alcohol bottles recovered at the scene, suggesting the occupants were under the influence. The driver fled, abandoning the vehicle, which CCTV footage confirmed was at fault.
