Goa, Sept. 12 -- A private hospital doctor in Goa has been arrested for allegedly molesting a Spanish woman admitted to the ICU, authorities said on Friday. The incident reportedly occurred on August 31 at a medical facility in Old Goa.

According to police, the patient's sister filed a complaint after the alleged inappropriate touching. The case has been registered under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita related to outraging the modesty of a woman. The doctor was on ICU duty at the time of the incident, and further investigation is ongoing.
