MAPUSA: PVC Parra fought gallantly to go down fighting to South Goa United Club by 3-5 margin in the Goa Football Association's Division II Play-Offs played at Duler Stadium, here, on Thursday.

In an action-packed encounter, PVC Parra played heavy for the number of missed chances early in the first quarter of the match with Savio Fernandes, Fhezer Gomes and Royden Rego being the culprit.

At the other end, South Goa United Club scored two quick goals through Alex Fernandes (6th minute) and Mildroy Menezes (11th minute) from the assist by Pedro Gonsalves.
