Goa, Nov. 8 -- The District Magistrate and Collector of South Goa has issued an or der mandating strict tenant verification and enhanced security measures across the district. As per the order, all own ers of houses, buildings, flats, and other residential premises, as well as owners and managements of ho tels, lodges, shacks, private guest houses, paying guest facilities, and religious in stitutions offering tempo rary accommodation, must verify the identity of ten ants and guests. Acceptable documents for verification include Election Cards, Driving Licenses, Aadhaar Cards, Passports, Smart Cards, or any other valid proof of identity.
