Goa, Jan. 5 -- Skeletal remains believed to be those of 85-year-old Lilavati Vadkar, who had been missing since November 16, 2025, were discovered in a dense forest area near Kumbarwada.Police recovered bones along with a saree and blouse from the site. The remains have been sent to South Goa District Hospital, Margao, for medico-legal examination to confirm identity and determine the cause of death.Authorities have launched a detailed investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Further updates are awaited as the inquiry progresses.
