Goa, Oct. 9 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's plan to host a dinner meeting with his council of ministers on October 13 has set off fresh speculation about a possible cabinet reshuffle in the state.
For now, the Congress has officially ruled out any reshuffle before the Bihar elections, scheduled for November. Party sources said the high command will take a final call only after the polls conclude, as its current focus remains on Bihar.
Behind the scenes, however, the issue is tied to the long-running power-sharing speculation between Siddaramaiah and his deputy DK Shivakumar. While Congress leaders publicly dismiss talk of a leadership rotation, rival camps continue to lobby for influence.
