Goa, Dec. 14 -- A fire broke out inside the generator room of a four-star hotel in Baga, Arpora, reportedly due to a short circuit. According to sources, the blaze erupted in the room housing the generators, which were completely gutted in the incident. Two fire brigade teams were rushed to the spot and, along with hotel staff, managed to bring the flames under control. Visuals showed extensive damage inside the affected area. Authorities have begun an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the fire. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported.
