Goa, Nov. 7 -- The Quepem Post Office is grappling with a serious staff shortage, leading to long queues, delayed services, and growing public frustration. With only one counter assistant currently managing all customer transactions, residents are being forced to wait for hours to complete even basic postal work.
According to sources, another staff member has been on maternity leave for over a month, and no temporary replacement has been appointed, further worsening the situation.
