Goa, April 17 -- In a recent weather update, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of dry and scorching weather prevailing over the state of Goa. With the highest maximum temperature recorded at a scorching 34.6degC and the lowest minimum temperature at 26.2degC, Goans are bracing themselves for a hot and humid week ahead. However, relief is on the horizon as sporadic light rain and thundering conditions are expected to provide some respite from the heat between 17 and 21 April.
