Goa, April 19 -- A blue scooter was reported stolen from outside a church in Mudda Waddo, Saligao, on Good Friday while the owner, Kevin Alan Pereira, was attending mass. The theft occurred in broad daylight and was caught on CCTV.

Surveillance footage shows a suspect wearing a red t-shirt making off with the two-wheeler. Pereira filed a formal complaint at the Saligao Police Station soon after discovering the theft.

Authorities have since launched an investigation and are actively reviewing the footage to identify and apprehend the accused. The incident has raised concerns about rising thefts in the area, particularly during community gatherings.
