Goa, March 10 -- A blast in the Split AC unit in the UPS/Inverter room at the State Bank of India (SBI) branch in Agonda caused panic among staff and customers. The blast, which was likely caused by a short circuit, led to immediate disruption in the bank's operations.
However, Branch Manager Rahul Kumar confirmed that no systems or equipment were damaged in the incident. While the explosion caused a temporary halt to banking activities, the situation was quickly managed, and there were no reports of injuries. The branch staff, along with technical teams, worked to restore normalcy.
