Goa, Nov. 18 -- Sarzora resi dents have voiced strong opposition to a proposed highway slated to cut through Dandevaddo, ar guing that the project is unnecessary and poses a threat to village environ ment and their daily life. During the village assem bly held on Sunday at the panchayat hall, locals unan imously passed a resolu tion rejecting the proposed route. According to the resi dents, the planned highway alignment cuts through ar eas that form an essential part of Sarzora's natural habitat.
