Goa, May 22 -- A large tree fell across the main road near the Sanvordem Village Panchayat earlier today, disrupting traffic and causing a temporary road blockage.

The incident led to immediate congestion, affecting commuters in the area. The Curchorem Fire Brigade was quickly alerted, and fire personnel are currently on the scene, working diligently to cut and clear the fallen tree.

No injuries have been reported. Authorities have requested motorists to use alternative routes until the road is fully cleared and reopened.
