Goa, Aug. 28 -- The One and a Half Day Ganesh Visarjan at Santa Cruz Four Pillar was observed with heartfelt devotion, bringing the first phase of Ganesh Chaturthi festivities in Goa for 2025 to a close. Families and community members came together to bid farewell to Lord Ganesha, following rituals rooted in Goan tradition. Unlike the customary tenth or eleventh-day immersions, the 1.5-day visarjan reflects ancestral practices where the Lord's departure is observed earlier according to local customs.
