Goa, April 30 -- The NSS Unit of Government College of Art, Science and Commerce in Sanquelim, Goa, partnered with the Mineral Foundation of Goa to organise an Empty Milk Packet Waste Collection Drive on April 29, 2025. The initiative focused on raising awareness about plastic pollution and encouraging responsible waste disposal practices. Volunteers collected discarded milk packets to prevent them from entering local waterways and oceans, emphasising the role of community action in safeguarding Goa's marine ecosystems.
