Goa, March 10 -- The Sanguem Municipal Council is currently experiencing significant infrastructure challenges, as it possesses only four operational computers for a staff of thirteen. This situation necessitates the sharing of systems among employees, resulting in delays in the provision of public services. Consequently, residents are often required to wait several days for even the most fundamental tasks to be completed
The office environment appears to be inadequate, characterized by damaged cupboards and non-functional printers, which further impede operational efficiency. These shortcomings have a direct impact on the public who depend on the municipal office for vital services.
