Goa, Nov. 7 -- In a major development in the Saligao double murder case, police have recovered a blue scooter belonging to victim Richard D'Mello near Tivim Railway Station. Investigators believe the suspect had used the two-wheeler to flee from the crime scene.

A team from the Saligao Police Station conducted a Panchanama at the location and attached the scooter as evidence. The recovery is expected to provide crucial leads in the ongoing investigation into the gruesome murder case.

Police sources said further forensic examination of the vehicle will be carried out to trace any clues that could help identify or locate the suspect.
