Goa, Oct. 31 -- The sale of Ola Electric scooters in Goa has been temporarily suspended following a series of complaints from existing owners. A group of Ola Electric customers met the Transport Director in Panjim to voice concerns over inadequate service facilities and significant delays in receiving registration certificates.
Owners submitted a formal memorandum highlighting their grievances, alleging that the company's after-sales support has been inefficient, causing inconvenience to users. The memorandum urged the authorities to intervene and ensure that Ola Electric addresses these issues promptly.
