Goa, Jan. 8 -- Serious concerns have been raised over the stability of the renovated Kala Academy building despite crores of rupees being spent on its refurbishment. The Kala Academy Task Force Committee said several works remain incomplete and pointed to visible cracks and water leakage at multiple locations. The committee noted that IIT Madras conducted a visual inspection in September and later submitted a draft report highlighting structural concerns. It recommended infrared and thermal scanning to thoroughly assess the building's strength.
