Goa, Nov. 18 -- Goan activist Rama Kankonkar has spoken out for the first time after he was brutally assaulted a few weeks ago. Determined to continue his fight for environmental causes, Rama said his lawyers are still waiting to receive an official copy of the chargesheet filed today by the Crime Branch. He questioned how certain media houses already had access to the 1371-page document while he had yet to receive even a single copy needed to challenge the case. Rama also raised concerns about whether the investigation is fair, noting that despite being the complainant and the victim, he remains uninformed about key developments. Sharing his ordeal, he said the delay only strengthens his doubts about transparency in the process.
