CALANGUTE: In a nail-biting final that kept fans on the edge of their seats, Raia Sports Club emerged victorious in the Calangute Association tournament, defeating St Sebastian Sports Club, Mapusa, 5-4, in a dramatic penalty shootout following a goalless draw in regulation time.
