Goa, Nov. 18 -- Animal rescuer Julio Quadros successfully saved a porcupine that had fallen into a well at Khareband earlier today. Quadros said rapid development in the locality has been driving wild animals into urban areas as they venture out in search of food.

The rescued porcupine is currently under care and observation. Quadros added that once the animal fully recovers, it will be released back into its natural forest habitat.
