Goa, Feb. 27 -- Political parties mobilized on Wednesday to denounce the alleged sexual assault of a 26-year-old woman aboard a Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus at the crowded Swargate bus depot. Vasant More, a leader of Shiv Sena (UBT), along with his supporters, vandalized the MSRTC office at Swargate in response to the incident. Union minister and local MP Murlidhar Mohol stated that such acts will not be tolerated. "I have contacted the police commissioner and requested the swift apprehension of the perpetrator. We will provide full support to the police in maintaining law and order within the city," he affirmed.
