PANJIM, Feb. 7 -- Saligao police have arrested two tourists namely Faiz and Arkan Shaikh, both hailing from Nashik, Maharashtra for allegedly assaulting a local car driver. After the video which went viral on social media, a complaint was registered at Saligao police station. An FIR was registered, and both accused were placed under arrest.
