Goa, May 19 -- In a major move to promote the PM Surya Ghar Yojana and Goa's Muft Bijli Yojana, Union Minister Shripad Naik, with the support of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, has initiated a statewide awareness campaign. A workshop was recently conducted to brief Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, and Zilla Panchayat (ZP) members on the rollout of the schemes.

Highlighting the importance of public participation, CM Sawant announced that camps will be held in every panchayat to ensure maximum outreach and benefit for Goan households. "Most people should benefit from this scheme, which is why we're taking it to the grassroots through panchayat camps," said Sawant.
