Goa, Nov. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit the Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math in Canacona, South Goa, on November 28, to mark the 550th anniversary of the historic Math.

During his visit, the Prime Minister will unveil one of the tallest statues of Lord Ram in the country, in the auspicious presence of P. P. Shree Vidyadheesh Teerth Swamiji, the spiritual head of the Math.

The event is expected to draw a large number of devotees and dignitaries from across India, highlighting the Math's rich spiritual and cultural legacy that spans over five centuries.
