Goa, Dec. 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the fifth National Conference of Chief Secretaries in New Delhi from December 26 to 28. The three-day summit aims to strengthen the partnership between the Centre and states, focusing on administrative reforms and the effective implementation of national development goals to realise the "Viksit Bharat" (Developed India) vision.
Union ministers and senior officials from states and Union Territories will attend the event. Officials said the conference is the culmination of months of preparation, including more than 150 virtual and physical workshops to address state-specific challenges.
