Goa, Nov. 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the people had voted for a developed and prosperous Bihar after the BJP-led NDA cruised to a decisive victory in the Assembly polls. He said voters had embraced a new MY formula - Mahila and Yuva - rejecting the older narratives. Modi reiterated that "Katta Sarkar will never return to Bihar", adding that the mandate reflected the people's commitment to a "Viksit Bihar".
