Goa, May 12 -- Villagers of Pirna have issued a strong warning to Tivim MLA Nilkanth Halarnkar, threatening to boycott him from all local functions due to his continued neglect of their grievances, particularly regarding poor road conditions and alleged misuse of land. This decision was formalized in a recent gram sabha, where residents expressed frustration over the MLA's repeated absence from meetings and his failure to address pressing local issues.
