Goa, Jan. 8 -- Pernem MLA Pravin Arlekar on Wednesday conducted an inspection of the proposed bridge at Chandel along with the Hasapur-Chandel Panchayat sarpanch, panch members, and officials from the Public Works Department (PWD).

During the site visit, the MLA and local representatives reviewed the condition and requirements of the bridge, which is expected to significantly improve connectivity for residents of the area. PWD officials briefed the delegation on the technical aspects of the project and the preparatory work to be undertaken.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Pravin Arlekar and the panchayat members assured locals that the bridge construction work will commence very soon, addressing a long-pending demand of the Chandel region...
