Goa, June 22 -- Goa marked the 11th International Day of Yoga with vibrant celebrations across schools and communities, showcasing the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and school staff, who gathered to perform a variety of yoga asanas under the expert guidance of School Physical Education Teachers.
