Goa, Dec. 16 -- Patiala House Court Duty Magistrate Twinkle Chawla approved the Goa Police's transit remand plea, allowing them to take Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra to Goa. The court directed that the accused be produced before the concerned court in Goa and granted the police 48 hours to complete the transit.
