Goa, Dec. 24 -- The Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, Paroda, has become the first parish to host the veneration of first-class relics of Saint Carlo Acutis after he was officially declared a saint on September 7, 2025. The historic event has drawn widespread devotion and enthusiasm among the faithful.
The sacred relics were brought to Paroda from Cuncolim Church in a grand ceremonial procession led by Parish Priest Fr. George Ratos, Assistant Priest Fr. Josely Rocha, and Fr. Jose Antony Da Costa, along with Capuchin Superior Provincial Fr. Steve Rodrigues.
