Goa, Jan. 2 -- A school bus belonging to SS Angle Higher Secondary School caught fire while it was parked in Canacona on Thursday, prompting an immediate response from the local fire brigade. Fire tenders from the Canacona Fire Station rushed to the spot and managed to bring the blaze under control before it could spread further.

Fortunately, the bus was empty at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported. Authorities said the cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and investigations are underway.

The incident has raised safety concerns among parents and residents, who have called for thorough vehicle inspections to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
