PANJIM, Feb. 5 -- Konkan Railway Police on Wednesday rescued an 11 year old boy child from the clutches of an alleged paedophile at Tivim Railway station. The accused identified as Paul Fonseca is a resident of Tivim who has been preying on children from marginalized families by plying them with gifts, bike rides and luring them into his web of Child Sexual Abuse. Fonseca has been taken into custody.
