Goa, Jan. 12 -- Goa Governor Pusapati Ashok Gajapati Raju, while addressing the House, presented a detailed account of the government's functioning, highlighting both achievements and shortcomings. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant later remarked that the opposition should have patiently heard the Governor before reacting. He said the address fairly placed facts before the House and deserved respect due to the constitutional position of the Governor.
