VALPOI, March 29 -- Shawn Lobo, aged 21, from Sankhali, died on the spot, while his female pillion rider was critically injured in an accident at Redheghati, Valpoi. The other rider and his female Pillion rider, both trainees of Police Training School Valpoi were also critically injured.

The three injured persons were admitted to Goa Medical College. Shawn and his companion were proceeding from Sankhali to Valpoi, while the PTS trainees were going in the opposite direction.

The injured include pillion rider on OLA scooter Prakshama, aged about 20, daughter of Satendra Karpe, resident of Velus Valpoi. Those from the Police Training school who were injured were on the Activa scooter were Maruti aged about 52 years, son of Kariappa Harijan...
