Goa, Sept. 12 -- Police have arrested Dr. V. Doshi, a DNB student at Healthway Hospital, on charges of allegedly outraging the modesty of a Spanish woman admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

The incident came to light after the patient lodged a complaint, leading to the doctor's immediate arrest. Hospital authorities confirmed that Doshi was promptly suspended following the allegations.

In an official statement, Healthway Hospital said the victim continues to receive medical care and full support from the hospital staff. The management assured complete cooperation with the police investigation.
