Goa, April 26 -- Top officials from Goa's law and revenue departments have been assigned the task of preparing a draft of an ordinance to differentiate between 'illegal' and 'irregular' constructions, following a recent crackdown on unauthorized buildings ordered by the Bombay High Court. This directive emerged from a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, attended by Revenue Minister Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate, Advocate General Devidas Pangam, Revenue Secretary Sandip Jacques, and other senior officials.
