India, Feb. 16 -- Minister for Town and Country Planning Vishwajit Rane has said that directions have been issued to the Town and Country Planning Department, Goa (TCP) not to grant any permissions within a 200-metre radius of Bondvoll Lake until the Goa State Wetland Authority clarifies the official status of the area.
Rane stated that there was no lapse on the part of the TCP department in the matter, adding that the land conversion in question was carried out in accordance with the Regional Plan 2021.
