Goa, June 20 -- The Department of Agriculture in Goa has mandated all farmers to update their Aadhaar-linked bank account details in their Krishi cards to ensure direct transfer of subsidies through the Aadhaar Payment Bridge (APB) System. This initiative aims to streamline the subsidy distribution process, eliminate delays, and reduce potential leakages.
To comply, farmers must ensure that their Aadhaar number is linked to their bank account and that these details are accurately reflected in the Krishi card records.
