Goa, Oct. 8 -- In a joint operation conducted on the night of October 7, the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) South Goa, Colva Police, and NGO Arz rescued nine girls from massage parlours in South Goa.
The operation was carried out under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Police, South Goa, highlighting the authorities' commitment to tackling human trafficking and safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
Police and the NGO are continuing their investigation to identify those responsible and ensure that the rescued girls receive necessary support and protection.
