Goa, Jan. 9 -- Police have registered a case against a Nepal national currently residing in Calangute for allegedly submitting a forged electricity bill to obtain an Aadhaar card at the Indian Overseas Bank branch in Margao.
According to police sources, the case was registered following a complaint filed by a Calangute resident. The complainant alleged that the accused fraudulently used his electricity bill to secure the Aadhaar card and subsequently obtained a PAN card without his knowledge or consent.
