Goa, Oct. 31 -- The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) released its Bihar election manifesto just days before Phase 1 voting, unveiling promises of 1 crore government jobs and 1 crore 'lakhpati didis' to empower women. The plan also includes building four international airports, seven expressways, and 50 lakh new pucca houses. Additionally, the NDA has pledged free ration, 125 units of free electricity, healthcare up to Rs 5 lakh, and pensions under PM Awas Yojana.
