PANJIM, March 23 -- The fate of hosting National Games in Goa will be decided at the Indian Olympic Association Executive Committee meeting to be held on March 27 at 11 a.m. in New Delhi.

Goa Olympic Association's (GOA) general secretary Gurudatta Bhakta, who will be representing the State as an executive committee member, while speaking to Herald informed that Sports Secretary J Ashok Kumar will take the call on dates for holding the Games.

When asked about the 10 crore penalty to be implemented by the IOA, Bhakta said that the GOA has already requested that the same has to be withdrawn and the doors should be kept open for negotiations.
