Goa, April 1 -- NASA astronaut Sunita Williams, speaking to the media after her return from an extended mission aboard the International Space Station (ISS), shared her excitement about reconnecting with her father's homeland, India. Williams, who returned to Earth on March 19 after a 286-day stay in space aboard the SpaceX Crew 9 Dragon spacecraft, was asked about her views on India from space. She described the country as "amazing" and highlighted the breathtaking views of the Himalayas she witnessed during her mission.
