Goa, Jan. 20 -- Delegates from the Election Management Bodies (EMB) of Namibia were warmly received at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, ahead of their participation in the India International Conference on Democracy and Election Management (IICDEM-2026).

Ms. Elsie Nghikembu, Chairperson, and Mr. Pius Likwanbi, Commissioner of Namibia's EMB were welcomed by Shri Sunil P. Masurkar, IAS, Additional Chief Electoral Officer of Goa, along with Dr. Rahul Tripathi, Professor, Department of Political Science, Goa University.
