Goa, Nov. 14 -- A detailed ex amination of the charge sheet in the August 12 Mungul assault case has revealed the fullest ac count yet of what inves tigators believe unfolded that night, with the docu ment laying out a coordi nated build-up, the assault itself, and the movements of the accused after the in cident. Investigators state that the group travelled to the Margao-Colva Road in three vehicles before in tercepting a Baleno near Bab Bakery at Mungul. The accused allegedly believed one of the in tended targets, Walter Fernandes, was travel ling in the car owned by the complainant, Yuvkesh Singh Badaila.
