SANGUEM, March 19 -- With the bugle for the Lok Sabha elections sounded, the Assistant Returning Officer Sanguem Pravin Gawas, in association with South Goa District Returning Officer, conducted a one act play in the remote Verlem ward of Sanguem constituency to create awareness among the voters from the constituency.

The play enacted by the officials from the Sanguem Mamlatdar Office and Booth Level Officers was well received by the audience. A folk dance was also presented by the local group on the occasion.

The play gave a clear cut message for the people to cast their vote and also go by the slogan 'One Vote One Plant'.

The voters were also made aware of the enrolment process for the new electorates.
