Fans who paid between Rs.4,000 and Rs.25,000 were left furious when Messi appeared only briefly, remaining barely visible, contrary to expectations. The disappointment escalated into disorder, with bottles and chairs thrown and parts of the Yuba Bharati Krirangan vandalised.
